Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Node.js/Backend Developer role based in Indore. The developer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power Ease Commerce’s CRM platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing services for performance and reliability, integrating with internal and external systems, and ensuring secure data handling. The role involves collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality releases. The developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development workflows and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Node.js development.
Experience with any one Node.js framework Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
