Experience Required

1–3 Years: Beginner Level

4–7 Years: Intermediate Level

ISM Technician

Hardware inventory management

Desktop/laptop deployment and troubleshooting

Asset management and hardware lifecycle support

Imaging and re-imaging of systems

IP phone and mobile device configuration

IT room housekeeping and support

Business moves, adds, and changes support

Incident Technician

Software installation and troubleshooting

Operating system and application support

Incident management and ticket handling

Remote support for end users

Escalation management

Documentation and knowledge management

Collaboration with global support teams
Key Skills Required

Strong desktop support experience (L1/L2)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Windows OS, hardware, and application troubleshooting

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and End User Computing (EUC)

Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems

Scenario-based troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

ITIL foundation knowledge preferred

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Local Time)

Rotational 2-shift coverage

Saturday support covered through Comp-Off

Sunday work (if required) will be paid at 1.5x hourly overtime rate
