We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer to rebuild and optimize our website for speed, user experience, and better visibility in Google and AI search.
Responsibilities:
– Rebuild and optimize a WordPress website with a mobile first approach
– Improve site structure, merge or remove low value pages
– Handle technical and on page SEO, including schema, internal linking, sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals
– Manage SEO tools, analytics, and Search Console
– Help build simple SEO tools using APIs in the future
Requirements:
– 2+ years of WordPress development experience (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Experience with custom themes and WooCommerce
– Strong technical and on page SEO knowledge
– Experience improving page speed and Core Web Vitals
– Valuable written English
Preferred:
– API integration experience
– Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
– Knowledge of AI search optimization
– Git experience
