UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality digital experiences that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to bridge the gap between user requirements and functional interface design.

​Core Responsibilities:

​User Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough user research and persona development to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

​Interface Design: Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) through wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

​Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility throughout the development lifecycle.

​Usability Testing: Implement and analyze user testing sessions to iterate on designs and optimize navigation, functionality, and overall visual appeal.

​Brand Alignment: Ensure all design elements strictly adhere to company branding guidelines while maintaining industry-standard usability practices.

​Qualifications:

​Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

​Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), and/or Sketch.

​Visual Competency: A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and modern design systems.

​Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
