Sr. Developer – Application Development (Back-End)

• Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Performs the development and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performance‑performance backend systems. Builds robust APIs, microservices, and integration components while driving engineering best practices and ensuring reliability across enterprise-grade applications.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale applications
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
• Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
• Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
• Focus on continuous learning and emerging trends.
