Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainer to deliver cybersecurity training programs to students and entry-to-mid-level professionals. The candidate should possess strong cybersecurity fundamentals, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in an engaging learning environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on cybersecurity topics.
• Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises.
• Guide students in completing assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
• Track student progress and maintain training records.
Course Development
• Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and lab manuals.
• Create quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Incorporate current cybersecurity trends and threat scenarios into training content.
Technical Training Areas

• Security Operations Center (SOC) Fundamentals

Student Support
• Resolve learner queries and provide technical assistance during lab sessions.
• Conduct mock interviews and certification preparation sessions.
• Support placement and internship readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Cyber Security, Training, or Technical Support.
• Good understanding of networking and operating systems.
Preferred Certifications
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• CompTIA Security+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA Network+
Required Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of ethical hacking and cybersecurity tools.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to conduct practical training sessions.
• Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
Experience
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior training, teaching, mentoring, or technical support experience is preferred.
