Job Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful and forward-thinking

Full-Time Mobile App Developer who leverages advanced generative AI to code and build complex mobile applications. In this role, you will combine your foundational software engineering skills with modern AI coding assistants to rapidly architect, develop, and deploy complex apps. You must be an expert in cross-platform hybrid frameworks, capable of delivering seamless, production-ready experiences for both Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Hybrid Development: Code, debug, and deploy complex, high-performance mobile applications across Android and iOS using hybrid frameworks.

AI-Driven Engineering: Utilize advanced AI coding companions (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Engineer, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, generate clean boilerplate, and refactor complex logic.

Architecture & Integration: Design scalable mobile architectures and integrate complex backend systems, third-party APIs, and databases.

Code Optimization & Review: Read, audit, and clean up AI-generated code to ensure it meets strict security, performance, and memory management standards.

Continuous AI Adaptation: Proactively discover, test, and adopt emerging AI development tools, LLM frameworks, and automated testing tools to continuously upgrade our engineering workflow.

Hybrid Framework Mastery: Professional development experience using hybrid languages and frameworks such as Flutter (Dart), React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript), or Kotlin Multiplatform, Vibe code, Agent tic coding

AI Tool Expertise: Advanced proficiency in integrating AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot, continuous LLM prompting) into daily software development workflows.

Native Platform Awareness: Solid understanding of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) deployment pipelines, including App Store Connect and Google Play Console management.

Problem Solving & Debugging: Exceptional debugging skills to resolve edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and asynchronous data conflicts that AI might overlook.
