Role Summary
We are seeking a Python Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend development using Python and frontend development using React to build and scale enterprisegrade, cloudnative platforms.
The role spans end to end ownership of application developmentcovering backend APIs, frontend UI, databases, cloud deployment, and (for senior roles) technical leadership and mentoring. Exposure to microservices, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Engineering (Python)
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI /Django / Flask).
• Build RESTful and eventdriven APIs for enterprise platforms.
• Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, rolebased access).
• Develop microservicesbased architectures with clean separation of concerns.
• Optimize backend performance, reliability, and security.
• Frontend Development (React)
• Build responsive, componentdriven UIs using React, JavaScript/TypeScript,Hooks, Redux.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Implement modern UI patterns using libraries such as Material UI / AgGrid.
• Ensure crossbrowser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Database & Data Layer
• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL,MSSQL, Redis).
• Develop optimized queries, schemas, and bulkoperation APIs.
• Handle data validation, integrity, and performance tuning.
• Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments.
• Provide production support, debugging, and performance monitoring.
• AI & DataDriven Systems (Good to Have)
• Build or integrate AIpowered features using GenAI / LLMs.
• Implement RAGbased systems using vector databases (Chroma, Redis VectorDB).
• Integrate AI workflows with backend services and frontend applications.
• Agile Delivery & Collaboration
• Work in Agile / Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Document solutions, APIs, and technical decisions clearly.
• Technical Leadership (Senior / Lead roles)
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Own technical outcomes for modules or full platforms.
• Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams.
