Mobile Developer (Flutter with Android Native)

About the Role:

We are looking for a mobile developer who can lead mobile feature development and architect complex Flutter solutions. Implement advanced state management, custom animations, and platform integrations. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for end users.

Required Skills & Experience:

-3–6 years of Flutter/mobile development experience

-Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns

-Experience designing Android Native solutions

-Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod)

-Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead mobile feature development from design through release

-Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns

-Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations

-Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality

-Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation

-Use a product-thinking mindset to solve business and technical problems

-Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services

-Work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences

-Take ownership of features from design to deployment

-Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards

-Exposure to AI coding assistant tools like Claude Code

Good to Have:

-Experience in fintech, wealth management, or mutual funds domain

-Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic)

-Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) development

-Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase)

-Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

-Track record of mentoring or leading small teams

-Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements

-Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK)
