Job Summary

Edwards Lifesciences is hiring an Engineer I – IT Cloud to support enterprise cloud infrastructure, cloud automation, operational reporting, cloud incident management, and cloud platform administration. You will work with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud infrastructure, automation scripting, and enterprise cloud services to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable IT operations.

Enterprise Technology

This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Support, Azure Administration, AWS Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations across enterprise environments.

Cloud Storage

• Create operational dashboards and cloud infrastructure reports.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, storage, operating systems, and platform-related issues.
• Resolve routine cloud incidents while maintaining high platform availability.
• Monitor cloud resources, system performance, and infrastructure health.

Heart & Hypertension

• Support Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services across multiple business applications.
• Collaborate with global engineering and cloud platform teams.
• Assist with cloud deployment, maintenance, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities for cloud automation and infrastructure optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and cloud support guides.

Management

• Follow enterprise security, compliance, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, Cloud Support, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps.
